1. No Refund Policy: All plant purchases made through our platform are final. Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and shipped. By purchasing from us, you agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Plants: We are committed to providing healthy plants, but in the rare event that your plant arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a damage refund under the following conditions:

  • Reporting Damage: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a damage refund, please email our customer service team at [contact@dreamplantnersury.gmail.com] with clear photos of the damaged plant(s) along with a brief description of the damage.

  • Condition of the Plant: The plant must remain in its original packaging, or the damage must be evident in the initial packaging. We reserve the right to deny a damage refund if the plant has been altered or repotted.

  • Refund Process: After reviewing your claim, if it meets our requirements, we will process a refund for the damaged plant(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days, or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
