  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been processed. Please double-check your order details to ensure accuracy.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days (available for select items and locations)

4. Packaging & Care

We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Plants are packaged securely with appropriate padding to minimize any damage during transit. However, due to the nature of live plants, some slight bending or minor cosmetic damage may occur in rare cases.

  • Plant Care During Transit: We recommend that you unpack your plants as soon as possible upon arrival and give them a thorough inspection. Follow the plant care instructions provided to help them settle in their new environment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship live plants to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for all plant orders.

  • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather conditions (such as heatwaves or snowstorms) may impact shipping times or the health of plants during transit. In these cases, we may delay shipping to ensure your plants arrive in the best condition possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your plants arrive damaged or if there are issues with your order, please contact us immediately at [9046957072] within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or offering a damage refund.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
